I presume that's harvesting rather than planting? Wikipedia says that "Kale freezes well and actually tastes sweeter and more flavourful after being exposed to a frost." Should taste extra good this year then.
Yes harvesting; not much left now but it tastes good. A bit bitter but ok in soup or stir fry.
